Since 1948, The Fort Miller Service Corp. has provided quality products and superior graveside service to our Funeral Director customers and their client families. The Fort Miller Service Corp. is the leading manufacturer of Wilbert® brand concrete burial vaults in our marketplace. Our company also provides Wilbert® cremation urn vaults and cremation urns as requested by families. The primary manufacturing facility and company office is in Greenwich, New York. Distribution locations in New York are situated in Amsterdam, Binghamton, Port Jervis, Poughkeepsie, Schuylerville, Troy, and Utica. There is also a distribution location in Pittsfield, Massachusetts and a sub-licensee in Plattsburgh, New York. The Fort Miller Service Corp. is a subsidiary of The Fort Miller Group, Inc. which affords us leading technology in the manufacture of high strength concrete.
Our high level of customer service is driven by the dedication of our Customer Service Representatives, twenty six who have been providing funeral service for more than twenty years. The result is a total of over 249 years of cumulative service to our Funeral Director customers as partners. This experience has enabled our Customer Service Representatives to know the expectations of each Funeral Director and partner with them to provide a meaningful and lasting graveside memorial service for each bereaved family served. Our responsibility is to manufacture, deliver on-time always, and set-up the interment site with grass, tent if required, equipment and chairs as requested by the Funeral Director.
